DMT Deployment | Portland OR Vaccine Non-Medical Support | March 20th-26th 2021
Islamic Relief USA is in need of volunteers who can deploy with our Disaster Management Team to Portland, Oregon to support the State of Oregon and FEMA in their call for non-medical volunteers. Volunteers are needed to support COVID-19 vaccination clinics around the state. No medical training required.
When: March 20th- March 26th 2021
Where: Portland, Oregon
What: Patient registration, paperwork, vehicular and pedestrian traffic management (and other tasks as they arise)
WHAT TO EXPECT: (you are expected to participate in the entire deployment and the full shift time each day- 7 days, 9am-5pm)

Please arrive at the scheduled shift time (if you arrive early, please remain in car). The shift times are set up to allow for appropriate safety precautions and sanitation.

Please arrive with your CDC compliant mask. Volunteers who arrive without a mask will not be able to participate in the project.

Practice social distancing throughout the project. Maintain a 6 foot minimum distance between all other attendees.

Please sanitize your hands before, during, and after the project.

Expect to have your temperature taken daily at the door (no contact). If you have a fever, please stay home!

If you are experiencing any symptoms related to COVID, please cancel or let your volunteer coordinator know (even if it is the morning of the project).
