The MAS-ICNA Convention will take place at McCormick Convention Center in Chicago, IL from December 28-30, 2018. Islamic Relief USA is a Major Sponsor for this convention and has a large presence. This means we get to showcase the amazing work that IRUSA is doing around the world to all the attendees of this convention. That's why, as always, We will need your help and assistance at our Convention Booth. Volunteers are key and crucial part of our presence at these conventions. With your support and effort, you have helped thousands of children and orphans around the world. We are asking for you help again this year. We are looking for approximately 25-30 volunteers total to help at the convention booth. Tasks Include: Booth Set-Up Booth Break-Down Promo Item Distribution/Replenishing Donation Solicitation Project and Program Information Desk New Volunteer Sign-Up Station Orphan Sponsorship Support Misc Activities **Meals provided during your work shift **Access to Convention Included for Approved Volunteers (must volunteer at least 2 shifts) **Hotel accommodations available (must volunteer at least 4 shifts) ** All accommodations are subject to approval and first come first serve Address: McCormick Convention Center 2301 S King Dr Chicago, IL 60616 If you have any questions please email Lena at LMaasarani@irusa.org
